Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AuthorAZ.com, the AuthorAZ mobile app, email updates, contact forms, and The Publishing Manual 2026.

By using the site, subscribing to email updates, purchasing a product, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AuthorAZ Mobile App

The AuthorAZ mobile app is a private, offline vault for organizing book metadata, covers, buy links, quotes, manuscript snapshots, and encrypted backups.

The app is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and for Android phones and tablets on Google Play.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure, exporting backups when needed, storing backup passwords safely, and maintaining your own copies of original manuscripts and files.

The Publishing Manual 2026

The Publishing Manual 2026 is a digital and print publishing resource for authors.

Digital purchases are delivered through Payhip or another checkout provider. Print copies are fulfilled by Lulu or another print provider.

Digital manual purchases may include lifetime digital updates where stated on the sales page. Print editions are physical snapshots and do not automatically update.

Digital product refunds are generally not offered after access or download because the product is delivered immediately. If you have a technical access issue, contact us for support. Print returns are handled by the print provider policy.

Permitted Use

You may use AuthorAZ products for your own author business, publishing operations, personal reference, and internal planning.

You may use app-generated exports, quote cards, metadata sheets, backups, and other outputs that are based on your own content, subject to any rights you hold in that content.

You may link to public AuthorAZ.com pages and quote short excerpts with attribution where legally permitted.

Prohibited Use

Do not resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share The Publishing Manual 2026 or substantial portions of AuthorAZ paid content.

Do not copy, clone, scrape, or republish AuthorAZ website content, app designs, images, brand assets, or product materials as your own.

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, abuse contact or newsletter forms, bypass purchase systems, or use AuthorAZ products unlawfully.

Intellectual Property

AuthorAZ owns or licenses the website content, brand assets, product designs, app interface, documentation, illustrations, and The Publishing Manual 2026.

You retain rights to your own book data, manuscripts, covers, quotes, metadata, and files that you store in or export from the app.

Your purchase or app access gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the applicable product. It does not transfer ownership of AuthorAZ intellectual property.
