Protected Materials

AuthorAZ name, logos, monograms, visual identity, and brand assets
AuthorAZ.com website copy, page design, layouts, and original resources
AuthorAZ mobile app interface, product design, documentation, and promotional materials
The Publishing Manual 2026, including text, structure, formatting, and related sales materials
Original illustrations, vault visuals, screenshots, diagrams, templates, and downloadable resources

Your Content

You retain ownership of your own manuscripts, book metadata, covers, quotes, buy links, notes, and other author content that you store in or export from the AuthorAZ mobile app. AuthorAZ does not claim ownership of that content.

Allowed Uses

Linking to public AuthorAZ.com pages
Brief quotations with attribution where permitted by law
Using purchased materials for your own personal author business, subject to the applicable product terms
Using app exports created from your own book data, manuscripts, covers, quotes, metadata, and files

Restricted Uses

Republishing, reselling, uploading, or distributing paid AuthorAZ products
Copying substantial portions of website content, manual content, app UI, or visual assets
Using AuthorAZ branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership
Training, scraping, cloning, or packaging AuthorAZ materials into competing products without permission

Permissions and Claims

To request permission, report infringement, or ask about licensing, contact AuthorAZ with a clear description of the material, the proposed use, and your contact information.
