Copy, replace the bracketed parts, and send. The square brackets are the only things you should be changing — the restraint in the wording is the point.
Never do these
- Avoid: Argue with a reviewer, in any forum, ever
- Avoid: Ask anyone to change or remove a review
- Avoid: Get defensive or emotional in a public reply
- Avoid: Respond while you are still upset — wait 24 hours
- Avoid: Reply to every review. Engage only where you genuinely add something
